Our eyes are not designed to stare at outlandish light for hours, not to mention on a regular basis. Folks who work on PCs all day are finding this to be causing a real challenge to their roles. Healthy amounts of natural daylight helps our eyes to get too much of the full range light that we need for ideal health.
